Return and Refund Policy
- Our product is sealed properly in the packing and will be checked before shipping. Any damage or leaking during transportation; or if inner plastic packing swell upon receiving, please email our company for product change within 7 days.
- Wrong item or inadequate quantity shall be reported to company within 7 days.
- Refund Claim for product defect made after 7 days upon receiving will not be considered.
- Invoice Number, Purchasing Date, Purchase Items and Photos must be submitted together when making the refund claims.
- Please excuse any fold or dent of the outer paper box that is inevitable during transportation. We will secure the products from any potential compression.
- Our company has the right to refuse any refund claim if the products have been used, damaged or observed missing parts by the customer. Personal issue will not be treated.
- Once we have validated the refund claim, customer will receive their product refund within 14 days upon the confirmation. Original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Our company will not be responsible for shipment lost during the return transit.
