Shipping Policy

Shipping Arrangement

  • Shall the number of item per order exceed the size of our standard delivery packaging, split parcel will be arranged as to avoid overloaded delivery weight.
  • Outstanding shipping cost shall beared by end customer, apart from what has been reflected in the shipping cost during checkout.
  • If the outstanding shipping cost is not agreed by end customer, the order will be cancelled with additional charge of 2.5% for the transaction cost. Total payment will be refunded in 5 working days.
  • In the event that a bigger delivery packaging is used to fit in all items, there is likely the items are placed all in one without a separate individual polyform wrapping by set. This is to allow more space in the delivery packaging. End customer shall refer to the purchase order and split the items by set themselves.

Delivery Information

  • Under normal condition, the goods will reach within 5-7 working days for Peninsula Malaysia after payment is made.
  • The goods will reach within 6~10 working days for Sarawak and Sabah after payment is made.

Note: We refer our working days according to Malaysia Calendar, excluding local public holiday and payment date.

  • Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your Gennomen account. Please allow a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email for us to reflect the status of the order.
  • In the event that you have not seen a status update of your delivery by Day 7 of receiving the delivery confirmation email, please contact us for further assistance.
  • All orders are delivered through our designated courier and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home to receive your items, a SMS will be send to your mobile phone to instruct you to schedule for the next delivery time and our appointed courier servicer will be send the parcel to your door step for the second times.
  • Delivery charge is based on a single transaction/order. If you opt for partial/separate delivery from a single transaction/order, delivery charges are applicable for each delivery.
  • In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from our delivery partner and item(s) / parcel is returned to Top Alpha Solutions, the customer shall have to bear shipment costs and handling charges.
  • Shall the order/parcel not be accepted or claimed by the customer/consignee; is undelivered due to error or omission on the part of the customer/consignee (inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, inaccurate/incomplete contact number provided by a customer, unrecognizable nickname as recipient name etc); owner or for which no disposition instructions have been provided to Top Alpha Solutions (shipper) within the 3 days (upon receiving email notification from our end) of its arrival, the order/parcel shall be considered unclaimed/abandoned. Top Alpha Solutions has the right and shall abandon the order/parcel and no substitute/refund/re-delivery request shall be entertained. Customer/consignee has to pay the shipping cost of next delivery if purchase of same order is required.
